Danica helped me peel potatoes. She loves to help in the kitchen so whenever I can figure out something for her to do that isn't dangerous I let her.
Her job was to help wash the potatoes and after I cut them up to put them in the pot.
I just have to say yummy looking and tasting turkey!

Danica requested the drumstick for dinner. I showed her how big it was and she still wanted it.
She did a pretty good job on it too! It would have been nice to have been able to be with family but this was a pretty good substitute.
